To get the perfect ratio of butter and oil, use a stand mixer and the whisk attachment, which is on the bottom of the mixer, rather than the bowl.

To make this recipe, just add the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt to the mixer bowl and whisk on low speed for 1 minute.
Keep on mixing, and you’ll get a fluffy and silky cake.
Chocolate and Peanut Butter Cupcake recipe This cake is a bit different from the others.
Buttercream and honey aren’t required, but there are plenty to go around.
For the buttercream layer, whisk the egg whites for two minutes, then add the milk and vanilla and beat until smooth.
